We are an organization dedicated to increasing the construction industry retention rate through career development and personal growth development under our Pathway Growth Program. We are passionate about ensuring that individuals in the construction industry thrive in their career field and in life.
To aid individuals in the construction industry through career-building and character development through our Pathway Coaches.
Our Pathway Coaches follow a social and emotional developmental model. The agency and its services build the capacity of the people enrolled in our program so that they can lead their lives to their full potential and avoid unnecessary losses that can occur when a person experiences an unforeseen adversity.
The agency is structured and governed under the Building Pathway model; meaning the policy initiatives, opportunities, and services are designed to make the conditions conducive to success for all communities and individuals within them.
The program lasts twelve (12) months,
consisting of 4 phases.
The first phase of the program involves establishing trust and accountability among clients. It also involves learning about the client's background to determine the support level that they need.
The second phase of the program focuses on developing a plan for the future. It involves working toward establishing a position within their chosen trade
The third phase of the program is focused on getting clients into their new career training program and appropriate position.
The fourth phase ends at month 12 with a graduation ceremony. During this phase the focus is on placing clients in their skilled apprentice job and the training program at that company or associated with that training program via a 3rd Party training program.
